Also Attending: Financial Consultants Mark Abrahams and John Goodrich; Town Administrator Paul Sieloff; EPG Representative Paul Gabriel; Finance Committee Liaison Dan Wexman
Co-Chair Emily Beebe called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Mark Abrahams distributed a spreadsheet on expansion possibilities and a preliminary sheet on financial options. The Board discussed the different percentage split options. The Regulations will need to be adjusted for fees. John Goodrich explained methods for encouraging residential connections.
The meeting lost its quorum at 7 p.m. and became a work session with the Town Administrator and the Consultants.
